They arrived right on time, the equipment looked brand new and well-maintained, and the tent looked stunning with the provided Edison lights. A Spooktacular Event!
Amy R.Pembroke, MAWe’ve been hosting our legendary Halloween bash on the North River for eight years now, and this year we decided to bring in the pros from Sunrise Events. Honestly, we’re now questioning why we ever did it ourselves! From the moment their team showed up, it was clear this party was going to be next-level (and our neighbors might actually forgive us for last year’s DIY smoke machine disaster).
With over 200 people attending, the logistics alone could have been a nightmare, but Sunrise made it look scary easy. They transformed our home into a haunted mansion that would make the Addams Family jealous. The decorations were eerie and elegant, and every corner was perfectly spooky. They even managed to set up a foggy “swamp” by the river and somehow got every one of our guests to actually follow the parking plan. (Magic, I tell you!)
They made sure everything went off without a hitch—from the monster-sized snack tables, HUGE bar, patio heaters and amazing lighting and cobwebs!

Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by specifying the date of your event and then browsing our extensive inventory of party rental items, including tents, tables, chairs, linens, bars, decorations, and more. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Most items can be booked online. Any delivery and setup fees will be charged when we schedule your delivery. We deliver all products to your location or event venue. After your event, simply pack up the items, or leave them for us to take care of (if setup is included in your order) and we will pick everything up on the scheduled day. We'll take care of cleaning and maintenance, so you can focus on enjoying your party!

In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Most minor damages are covered with the damage waiver we offer. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements, if the damage waiver was not included. Our damage waiver is 10% of your total product order and covers accidents. Abusive intoxicated behavior and intentional damage from misusing the equipment is not covered by the waiver, so please do not use the tables and chairs for wrestling matches. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup and will do our best to accomidate you.

Currently, we do not offer a pick up option for our products. We want to make sure everything is properly transported and ensure that any damages from transportation are not your responsibility. Our delivery fees vary based on your location and the vehicle needed to make the delivery. You can see our delivery fee schedule here.
